Hang Higher.
Who are you hanging out with?
Research shows that the people we surround ourselves with determine as much as 95% of our success in life.
When we make the decision to change our lives for the better it is important to take the time to evaluate our close relationships with our friends and yes even our family.
Think about your relationships and ask yourself:
Do they inspire me?
Do I admire them?
Do they support my dreams?
Do I feel uplifted around them?
Do I feel comfortable sharing my vulnerabilities with them?
Do they love me unconditionally?
Do they practice reciprocity with me?
Does it feel like an “equal” relationship? or one sided ?
Does this relationship support the highest best version of myself?
And most importantly are they also growing and changing and working on becoming the highest best version of themselves?
Because when you are working on changing your life it is extremely beneficial to surround yourself with people who are dong the same.
This is not to say that you cut everyone out of your life who doesn’t get a Yes answer to the questions above.
Its just that when you change yourself, your relationships will change. And vice versa.
And that’s a good thing. It means you are growing.
You get to CHOOSE to limit time with people who don’t support or uplift you and increase your time with people who do.
You get to Decide who you hang out with.
And you can decide to HANG HIGHER.
