How do we do this? Breathwork. Meditation. Journaling.
Make the decision to develop a daily routine around these powerful practices. Morning is a great time to do this.
The steps are simple and powerful. You just need to discipline yourself to do them.
Breathe.
When you consciously practice breathwork you greatly improve your mental and emotional state. Deep belly breathing calms you down and actually turn on your relaxed parasympathetic part of your nervous system.
Meditate.
Studies have shown that even 2 minutes of meditation every day can greatly improve your awareness and increase your level of consciousness. There is a reason meditation is so popular- It works!
Journal.
There is magic in writing down what you want to change in your life. Research shows that people who write their goals and dreams down have a much greater chance of enacting change.
All of these practices whether practiced alone or together, are powerful ways to become more aware of your subconscious programs and begin to challenge old beliefs that may be holding you back.
