Rethinking Positive Thinking.
Positive thinking doesn’t work because….
Its not what you are thinking that matters. Its what you are FEELING that rules your world.
When you make the decision to change your life many people will offer you simple advice: Think Positive! Just be optimistic and your dreams will come true.
There is one big problem with this advice- it is what you are feeling that matters. if you just think positively but you are feeling negatively- you will never achieve your goals.
Remember we live approximately 95% of our lives running our subconscious programs. We have to change the program to change our lives.
So we need to get really clear about how we really FEEL about something we want to change.
For example, when you decide you want to lose weight you might start by committing to an exercise plan. But if you are FEELING like you will never be able to get in shape then you will eventually give up the gym.
If you want to have more abundance but you FEEL lack whenever you look at your bank account you will never achieve your financial goals.
We get what we FEEL not what we THINK.
Changing how we feel can be extremely difficult because our brains are trained to respond to external circumstances. We need to lose weight to feel healthy. We look for a certain amount in our back account to feel wealthy.
The trick is to Feel the feelings before we see the change in our lives.
How do we do this? By reprogramming the subconscious mind.
And it starts with AWARENESS. Get clear on how you really feel about something you want to change. Change the Feeling before you change the condition in your life.
Make the decision to think AND feel positive and your life will begin to change.
