Dig Deep and Double Down.

The big work of changing our lives requires us to constantly Dig Deep in order to know what we want and then to Double Down to make choices that are aligned with the life we want to live.

We must Dig Deep and Double Down.

Digging Deep requires us to self reflect and question any limiting beliefs about ourselves, other people and life in general.

Ask yourself: “Are these beliefs keeping me from living the life I want?” “Who DO I want to be?”“And how would a the person I want to become feel and act?”

We must do the work of figuring out what might be holding us back from living the life we truly want to live.

Once you have Dug Deep, then you must Double Down to commit to living as a person who would live that life.

Double Down means to keep going in the face of challenge and to strengthen your commitment to a course of action.

Because as you commit to changing your life, other people’s opinions and your own subconscious programs will come up to challenge your resolve.

So once you Dig Deep then you have to Double Down.

Double Down to keep one small daily promise to yourself

Double Down to choose to hang out with people who uplift you

Double Down to establish boundaries with those who don’t

Double Down to celebrate small victories, to make time for meditation and work through the feelings of isolation.

This is BIG WORK. As you Dig Deep and Double Down remember to be kind and gentle with yourself.

As you Dig Deep- know that you are uncovering old subconscious patterns and lots of emotions will come up.

And as you Double Down -know that you are strong & with every new choice you make, & every small promise you keep, you are getting stronger.

So do the work. You got this. Keep going.

Dig Deep and Double Down.
